Four paths, 12 hours each

  • Personal Path. Experience the six Mindful Forgiveness modules yourself: grievance story, metrics of grief, revenge fantasies, both/and expansion, unenforceable rules, self-forgiveness. In the open cohort this is the 8 week series you take first.
  • Guiding Path. Learn the structure, language, pacing, and group agreements used in Mindful Forgiveness.
  • Holding Path. Build listening, regulation, and presence. Observe live or practice groups and receive feedback.
  • Facilitation Path. Co-facilitate under supervision with humility, steadiness, and care. Show readiness through practice and mentoring.

Then FollowThrough: monthly 90 minute integration sessions (8 hours required) and the certification review. Complete all four paths and the review to receive the Mindful Forgiveness Facilitator Certificate from The Practice Center.
