The Practice Lab

Practice Labs are 90-minute, practice-first workshops where we train real-life skills, not theory: a short grounding practice, one clear teaching, guided exercises, and a next-step plan you can use immediately in daily life.

The Practice Labs

    • What we’ll cover: what mindfulness is and isn’t, how attention, story, and body create reaction, how to return to choice

    • Practice: a quick reset you can repeat anytime, a short guided mindfulness practice

    • Application: map one real trigger and build a “pause, notice, choose” response you can use this week

    • At-home practice: a 3–7 minute daily reset, one “trigger plan” for spiraling moments

    • You’ll leave with: one personal mindfulness script, one weekly plan, one next-step option

    • What we’ll cover: what forgiveness is and isn’t, why resentment sticks, how to loosen its grip without denying what happened

    • Practice: a grounding practice, a structured forgiveness reflection you can reuse

    • Application: identify one resentment, name the cost, choose one concrete step toward relief or repair

    • At-home practice: a short daily practice, a repeatable “resentment check” under 5 minutes

    • You’ll leave with: one clear resentment map, one next step, language for repair or boundary clarity

    • What we’ll cover: how interpretation shapes experience, how to practice a loving response without bypassing reality

    • Practice: a willingness practice, a “two interpretations” exercise

    • Application: build a more helpful, more loving interpretation you can live from

    • At-home practice: a daily “choose again” check, one prompt for fear-driven moments
