Stop replaying the same hurt.
Sleep through the night, stop snapping at the people you love, and feel like yourself again. Live classes on Zoom with JoYi Rhyss.
You keep everything running.
You handle the job, the house, and everyone's moods. You snap at someone you love, then replay it at 2 a.m. You tell people you're fine. One old hurt keeps coming back, and it costs you sleep, patience, and the people you want close.
Calmer in the hard moment.
Notice the anger rising and choose what you do next.
MindfulnessPeace with the past.
Stop rerunning the story of who hurt you, including the times it was you.
ForgivenessClearer with people.
Say what you need and set boundaries you can keep.
Attitudinal healing
This is what practice looks like: a few quiet minutes, then back to your day.
"I have forgiven my 'villain' and MYSELF! I am finding that I am able to hold courageous conversations with others and share my feelings, instead of holding it all in."
Myra S.
"MF has taught me how to accept myself and others with fewer conditions."
Kirsten W.
"Remembering my positive intentions before all the hurt happened fills me with hope and opens space for joy."
Rose Marie V.

Your guide
I'm JoYi Rhyss.
I came to this work through my own hurts, and I still practice it every day. I trained in forgiveness with Dr. Fred Luskin and Dr. Thao Le of the Stanford Forgiveness Project, and in attitudinal healing with the late Dr. Jerry Jampolsky. For 30 years I've worked with young people and the professionals who serve them.
