Mindfulness In Daily Living

Practice Labs are 90-minute, practice-first workshops where we train real-life skills, not theory: a short grounding practice, one clear teaching, guided exercises, and a next-step plan you can use immediately in daily life.

  • What we’ll cover: what mindfulness is and isn’t, how attention, story, and body create reaction, how to return to choice

  • Practice: a quick reset you can repeat anytime, a short guided mindfulness practice

  • Application: map one real trigger and build a “pause, notice, choose” response you can use this week

  • At-home practice: a 3–7 minute daily reset, one “trigger plan” for spiraling moments

  • You’ll leave with: one personal mindfulness script, one weekly plan, one next-step option
