Mindful Forgiveness Workshop
Intended Community: Beginners, All.
This workshop requires a willingness to be vulnerable and a level of readiness to share and work through “sticky” stories with a small group.
Description: This ain't your typical 12-hour program. Our six-module Mindful Forgiveness Workshop is a life changer, a guide to help you kick the habit of clinging to past pain and suffering. Imagine joining a cozy group of fellow journeyers, helmed by a skilled facilitator, where you'll all dig into your personal narratives, pinpoint the sneaky roots of your suffering, and shake up those patterns that have been holding you back.
-
Here’s what you'll dive into:
Module 1. Grievance Story: Time to spill the beans on the tales you've been telling yourself, and how they’ve been shaping your view of the world.
Module 2. Grief and Revenge Fantasies: Unpack the emotional suitcase tied to your stories, learning to process the grief and dismantle those unhelpful daydreams of vengeance.
Module 3. Stress Reduction - Both/And: We're all about embracing complexity. You'll learn stress-busting techniques that honor your multifaceted experiences.
Module 4. Dismantling Unenforceable Rules: You’ve got unconscious rules directing your life like a bad movie. Let's fire the director and replace them with empowering beliefs.
Module 5. Self-Forgiveness and Overcoming Resistance: Nurture self-compassion and face the stubborn roadblocks that stand in the way of forgiveness.
Module 6. The Forgiveness Story: Grab your quill (or keyboard, we’re not picky) and rewrite your narrative, one of forgiveness, growth, and liberation from past aches and pains.
Sure, there's a gazillion web pages out there on self-growth and productivity. But here's the kicker: you need the tools to apply it in real life. That's where we come in. With this workshop, you get a guided, hands-on experience in forgiveness and mindfulness, plus a shiny personal plan for ongoing practice, and a toolkit to share with your squad and community.
Prerequisite: No experience required! Fresh-faced beginners and seasoned vets, all are welcome.
