Pathways: Workshops, Training, Services
Practice-first trainings in mindfulness, forgiveness, and attitudinal healing.
Beginners, All
Practice Labs are 90-minute, practice-first workshops where we train real-life skills, not theory. Each lab includes a short grounding practice, one clear teaching, guided exercises, and a next-step plan you can use immediately in daily life. The magic is in the practice: we practice with self, with the moment, and with each other in community.

Facilitator Certification Program
For those who want to guide others with skill, structure, and authentic responsibility. Training focuses on practice leadership: how to hold a practice-first container, guide exercises clearly, work with group dynamics, and support participants in returning to center without performance or promised outcomes.
The FIT Pathway:
Practice Labs → Mindful Forgiveness (12 hours) → Facilitator in Training (FIT) → Certification Test → Group Observation → CoFacilitate → Solo Group!
Monthly support and all material provided for a year. Continue with the Facilitator Community of Practice membership to receive ongoing updates, continuing education training and additional resources.
How to read your Happiness Drift Map
Your Drift Map shows where happiness slips, not because you are broken, but because life pulls attention, meaning, and connection off course. Each Drift points to a specific skill set we practice in community through our Practice Labs.
Practice happens in connection
At The Practice Center, we believe practice is not meant to be solo. Skills like mindfulness, forgiveness, and attitudinal healing strengthen fastest in connection with others, with real listening, honest sharing, and a practice-first container.
A note on Forgiveness Friction
If your Forgiveness Friction score is high, start with Forgiveness in Daily Living, then move into the Mindful Forgiveness Workshop, 12 hours. High friction usually means energy is getting burned on replay, blame, or self-attack, and it blocks progress everywhere. The fastest relief is to work the forgiveness channel first, with practice and support.

Intention drift is misalignment between what you say you want and what your choices reflect under pressure. Attitudinal Healing supports the heart and mind working together, and returning to your best answer even when fear is loud. This Practice Lab helps you re-center intention, interpretation, and choice. description
-
If you keep feeding your stress with what you read, watch, discuss, and replay, attention drift grows. Mindfulness is the return-to-now skill that helps you notice the pull and choose your focus on purpose. This Practice Lab trains attention, story awareness, and how to come back to choice in real time.
-
People drift often shows up as distance, resentment, conflict, or feeling like you are carrying too much alone. Forgiveness is not pretending. It is the skill of releasing what keeps you stuck, so you can reconnect, repair, and stay honest without punishment or performance. This Practice Lab trains relational repair, self honesty, and how to keep an open heart without fixing or judging.
-
Purpose drift is meaning drift. You are doing a lot, but it does not feel like it adds up. Attitudinal Healing gives a clean framework for interpretation, the love or fear lens, and choosing your best answer. This Practice Lab helps you aim your energy toward what matters, and reduce inner conflict so your actions match your values.
-
Savoring is a skill. If good moments pass through you without landing, your nervous system stays braced even when life is fine. Mindfulness trains the capacity to pause, notice, and receive the good without rushing past it. This Practice Lab helps you build that attention and regulation muscle.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you keep snapping, shutting down, overthinking, or saying “I’m fine, I’m ok” when you’re NOT, that’s a sign. If the same patterns keep repeating in your relationships or work and you want a different response in real time, that’s a sign. If you’re willing to practice instead of just talk about change, you’re in the right place.
