Judith

We're thrilled to spotlight Judith, our seasoned coach and facilitator at The Practice Center. Her specialization lies in personal leadership development, with an emphasis on compassion, self-compassion, and forgiveness.

Judith’s own journey through the maze of life, complete with its challenges and trials, has ignited her passion for forgiveness and self-compassion. This transformative experience inspired her to create an immersive Forgiveness program in 2016. Since then, she has shared this life-changing course with individuals and small groups in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Vienna, Bogotá, Munich, Amsterdam, and Honolulu, and most recently, online.

Guided by the principles of the “Forgive for Good” program by Dr. Fred Luskin, the founder and director of the Stanford Forgiveness Project, Judith has collaborated with JoYi Rhyss of The Practice Center since 2019. She's deeply committed to providing others with the tools to embrace forgiveness, cultivate self-compassion, and live lighter, happier, and more peaceful lives.

Born in the Netherlands, with residences in Buenos Aires and Madrid, Judith offers a rich, multicultural perspective to her work. She operates fluently in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch, serving a diverse community of individuals who seek to break free from their past and open their hearts to the transformative power of self-compassion and forgiveness.

Join Judith at The Practice Center on a journey towards liberation through forgiveness and self-compassion. Discover the power of a kind, accepting inner voice and how it can profoundly reshape your world.
