About This Program
Eight weeks. Two hours a week. A practical, guided series for people ready to bring mindfulness, forgiveness, and attitudinal healing into daily life.
This series is open to all levels. Whether you have practiced with us before or you are starting from scratch, you will work the same core skills: noticing what you are carrying, naming the grievance underneath it, and choosing what you do next.
Classes meet Tuesdays, October 27 through December 15, 2026. Choose the time that fits your life: 8:00 to 10:00 AM Central, or 4:00 to 6:00 PM Central. Both groups cover the same material.
