Mindful Forgiveness: 8 Week Class Series

About This Program

Eight weeks. Two hours a week. A practical, guided series for people ready to bring mindfulness, forgiveness, and attitudinal healing into daily life.

This series is open to all levels. Whether you have practiced with us before or you are starting from scratch, you will work the same core skills: noticing what you are carrying, naming the grievance underneath it, and choosing what you do next.

Classes meet Tuesdays, October 27 through December 15, 2026. Choose the time that fits your life: 8:00 to 10:00 AM Central, or 4:00 to 6:00 PM Central. Both groups cover the same material.

Joining from Hawaii? Choose the PM group: 11:00 AM Hawaii time on October 27, then 12:00 noon from November 3 when US clocks change. Joining from Europe? Choose the AM group: 1:00 PM in London on October 27, then 2:00 PM from November 3.

Tuition

Standard rate, $360 for the full eight week series.

Community rate, $180. Half price, no questions asked. No application, no documentation, no explanation needed.

If neither rate is possible right now, email admin@thepracticecenter.org and ask for a full scholarship. We grant them as space in the cohort allows.
